All returns or cancellations must be made within 30 days of order receipt. You must email our Customer Service Department at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in sellable condition unless received damaged. We can only refund postage costs if the return is the result of our error. Complete instructions for returning or exchanging merchandise can be found on the back of the packing slip shipped with your order.
